Terms of Service for Solvemigo by Crestify Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
These terms of service (the "Agreement") are a legal agreement between you, as an individual or entity, and Crestify Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Crestify," "we," "our," or "us"). This Agreement governs your use of our website, web app, and Telegram bot (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you may not use the Services.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Services for your personal or commercial use within the plan limits and at your own discretion and risk.
By using the Services, you agree to pay the fees associated with your plan. Payments will be processed through our third-party payment provider. You agree to provide accurate and complete information for our payment processor and to keep your billing information up to date.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit or upload to our Services. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit or upload such content and that such content will not infringe or violate any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any person or entity.
By submitting or uploading content to our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with the Services and our business and on third-party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from you.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies or any applicable laws.
The Services and all intellectual property rights in and to the Services are and will remain the exclusive property of Crestify or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute the Services without our prior written consent.
We may terminate this Agreement and your access to the Services at any time without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this Agreement.
The Services are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Services, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall Crestify be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold Crestify and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claims, demands, or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or your violation of this Agreement.
We may modify this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on our website or through the Telegram bot. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the revised Agreement.
This Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be handled in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
